Beautiful small and fantastic place, I liked excellent personnel.

The hotel's location was FANTASTIC, just off the bus stop, Mount Fuji, and the lake, hiking trails and restaurants.

I found the place very clean, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and the location was stunning with free parking available on-site.

Loved the comforts of the Japanese-style twin room with a bed plus futons. the staff were excellent and patient. - the location was marvelous in a quiet area.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, near hiking trails, the lakeside, and the train station. Our family room had a bed and futons. It was a bonus to have amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and bath sheets.

The location of the hotel was incredible, very close to restaurants, local food spots, and all major sites in the Mount Fuji area. The views of Mt. Fuji from the hotel were truly magnificent.

I had a fairly nice stay. Everything was good, the wifi was good. The people working in the hotel were superfriendly and amazingly kind. Loved staying here, my room was big and had central heating, flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The bed was very comfy with down pillows. Its location relatively close to Yamanakasuwa Shrine was amazing.

Absolutely incredible location of the hotel, close to the lake, hiking trails and restaurants and restaurants and convenience stores and Fuji mountain. Good choice of food options not too far away from the venue. Patient staff, incredible, neat rooms with a bed plus futons.

The room we had included climate control, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. The beds with down pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Japanese family suite was recommended and it was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and had a view of Mount Fuji. The tatami room was clean and well-equipped with facilities. The hotel also had private onsens that could be reserved, which was very convenient. There were also other entertainment options like billiards and table tennis. The hospitality at the hotel was also excellent. my family had a wonderful time at Hatago Tsubakiya.

I really liked the Japanese-style twin room with a cozy bed and traditional futons, I could easily chill there all day. Plus, being so close to restaurants, the lake, and shops was super convenient! 🍜

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was nice, clean, and had high-quality equipment. The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel was stunning, especially from the dining area. The onsen bath was a highlight, with a reservation system that allowed us to enjoy it with our family. The staff were friendly and the owner gave us a great tour of the facilities. We also enjoyed the free amenities like coffee, tea, and rental bikes. it was a perfect experience.
